Pets are permitted in the outside common areas provided they are on a leash, accompanied by their owner and may not be leashed to a stationary object on the property. Pets are not allowed to defecate or urinate in the outdoor common areas of the building, the side yard area, rooftops, balconies, or the landscaped sidewalk area between the building and the street. Pets are only allowed to pass through the indoor common areas provided they are on a leash. No leash may exceed six feet in length. Pets are not allowed in the Living room and Exercise Room. Pets shall not be left unattended outside resident's unit. All pets must have and display, as appropriate, evidence of all required registration and inoculations. Resident(s) agree to be responsible for any damages or claims brought by any third person as a result of the behavior of the resident's pet. Management may require resident to obtain and provide proof of liability insurance as a condition of this agreement and the continuance of this agreement.
